While we understand the form may allow you to add multiple tickets during checkout, we kindly ensure that a form is filled out for each attendee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we would like to share some important details with you:
1. Liability Waiver: Upon your arrival at the campground, there will be a general liability waiver for you to sign. This is in place to ensure the protection of Silverdreams Kinky Campground.
2. Firearms Policy: Firearms are permitted on the property, but they must be safely stored within your vehicle or campsite. If you choose to carry a firearm on your person, it must remain concealed. As part of the waiver during registration, please notify Silverknight68, the property owner, that you have a firearm on the premises for camp safety.
3. Pets: If you plan to bring pets, please seek prior permission from the event organizers. Feel free to respond to contact the Hearts Team at theheartsteam@gmail.com with any requests of that nature.
4. Refund Policy: Refunds for ticket prices or RV trailer rentals are available up until 2 months before the event minus a $25.00 processing fee. In certain circumstances, organizers may consider refunds closer to the event due to personal emergencies. If necessary, please contact our team via email or through FetLife.
RSVP Confirmation: Your RSVP and/or RV rental will be confirmed only after the payment is rendered.
