Hey everyone! Katie here! Gearing up for HEARTS 2025! First of all thank you to the ENTIRE team that makes this incredible week happen!!! For so many of them, this is SO much more than a 1 week a year thing, and I’m so excited you guys invited me back!

We’ve made a ton of improvements for this round of tattooing! Including, a second artist!! The awesomely talented Na Kika with Voidlight tattoos will be joining us later in the week! Yay! More people can get tattoos!!!!

I made an FAQ for anyone that might have any questions for me about how I do things, what changes we’ve made, and what you can expect from me this year!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

◦ How do I get a tattoo from you at Hearts?

Head over to the vendor booth in the dark green tent, ask for ‘coyote’. He’s the skinny dude with the ginger beard and Mohawk, a black dog follows him around. He handles all my scheduling, he’s the man you want!

◦ How much does it cost to get a tattoo?

All of my flash is a flat $100 at the sizes displayed 😊 Tipping is welcome, but never necessary!

◦ What is your style?

I started my art career by striving to be a professional comic book artist, so there’s definitely some of that in there. Very illustrative. Like a Cartoon Network animator, except usually draw naked people and horror.

◦ Where do I see your previous work?

◦ Where do you tattoo out of?

I manage and tattoo out of Golden Skull Tattoo in Kennewick, WA! I started my career here, It will be five years this January!

◦ What tattoo flash do you have?

I’ve posted a few flash pages on my fet, as well as the hearts 2025 discussion page. I’ll have all the flash I had last year, plus quite a few new pages for you to choose from!

◦ What will your hours be?

We’re more than open to accommodate people’s schedules, but our ‘tattoo hours’ will be from 12(ish)-8(ish)

◦ What changes can I make to your flash?

We can absolutely make minor changes to the color, shading, and other ‘quick fixes’. I.E. anything I can change in less than five minutes

◦ Can I get a custom tattoo from you?

We are steering away from custom tattoos this year to ensure we can tattoo as many people as possible this year! If you’d like to book a custom tattoo, see Coyote about scheduling a custom tattoo after kinky camping!

◦ What is your policy on tattoo numbing agents?

In my experience, I’ve never had an issue with numbing creams or sprays as far as tattoo execution, as well as heal. I will say no numbing agents are a cure all, and it’s likely you will feel pain at some point during the tattoo. While I don’t provide numbing agents, as long as I know what you’re using, I have no problem with whatever helps you feel more comfortable?

◦ How does play impact my tattoo placement?

Tattoo placement is KEY when also engaging in play! Both of you get tattooed before or after, one definitely can affect the other. The same way you don’t want to bruise, burn, scrape, lick, or rub all KINDS of Pervy things on your tattoo, you ALSO don’t want to get tattooed over any kind of abrasion. Keep that in mind!

◦ What is your tattoo aftercare recommendation?

◦ How do I pay you?

I take cash, cashapp, and Venmo! 😊

◦ Can I get in the pool after a tattoo?

Unless you have second skin, nope! And even if you do, I REALLY wouldn’t recommend it

◦ Do you have saniderm/second skin?

I don’t provide it, but feel free to bring some, I’d be happy to use it!

◦ I want to talk to the tattoo artist! Who’s the skinny guy with the beard that keeps talking to me?

That’s Coyote! My partner, “Domager”(Dom/manager) and all-around helper in all things tattoo! He helps my focus on tattooing, by doing everything else for me! We are a package deal, and he’s more than happy to help however he can!

◦ Why are you sometimes gagged during a tattoo?

I am a bit of a yapper, and sometimes that can make me fall WAY behind in tattooing, so the gag helps! If you’d prefer to get tattooed one way or another, let either coyote or I know!

◦ Why is there a dog here?

That’s Nami! Coyote’s (now retired) service dog. She’s a 7-year old black lab/border collie mix. She’s a little shy, but other than being dog reactive due to some trauma, she’s as sweet as can be! If you have any questions questions or concerns about her, feel free to ask!

◦ I want a tattoo from you, but I don’t want to get it while I’m camping. Can I schedule a tattoo with you after hearts 2025?

Absolutely! Please let Coyote know, and we’ll get you on my regular calendar!

◦ Whats your policy on genital tattoos?

As long as you know you’ll be the first to get a genital tattoo from me, have freshly bathed, am sober, able to consent, and willing to pay the $500 handling fee, I’m down if you are!

◦ I have a non-tattoo related question, is that alright?

That’s perfectly fine! This being our second year at hearts, we’re BEYOND excited to see everyone again! If you want to speak to us pre-hearts, message us @lopandcoyote !
